Flawless skin on your wedding may fill you with confidence and enhance your  bridal look. Your skin requires the maximum attention to achieve your wedding skin goal. A few tricks that will help you get fresh and glowing skin for your wedding are;

1. Keep the stress away!
A wedding can bring lots of excitement; at the same time, it increases stress and anxiety since the event of marriage is life-changing. Besides the stress of preparations, you may also experience pre-wedding  tension. It is very essential in this time not to get disturbed and take everything on your nerves.
Stress releases a hormone called cortisol, which increases the quantity of oil secretion in your skin and causes acne breakouts. In case your stress is because of lack of sleep, then it also can cause under-eye dark circles. Stress is also responsible for aging before time. Try to let yourself feel relaxed as much as you can before the wedding to avoid such skin issues.
2. Adjust your skincare routine
Whether you have a skincare routine or not, you have to have one, before your wedding. Of course, it need not be fancy and experimental since the addition of new products can get quite risky.
Be gentle with the skin, and avoid any harsh treatments right before the wedding. Clean the skin twice a day using a mild cleanser, followed by a toner to adjust your pH balance.
Apply moisturizer after face wash. Since most weddings take place during winter, the skin could be even drier than usual. If you have or are experiencing dry skin, then moisturize your skin frequently to maintain the hydration of your skin at a high level
3. Healthy diet
It is very important to keep a well-balanced diet intake, full of proteins, vitamins, and minerals for your skin. Strict diets should be shunted; they too have their effects on the skin and can lead to several issues regarding them. Consume superfoods that can give a glowing touch to your skin.
Antioxidants, fatty acids, and zinc help your skin and keep the level of collagen in your skin intact. Food items that contain these are whole grains, fruits, and green vegetables. Avoid oily or fried foods as it can cause acne. Reduce intake of processed foods and limit sugar intake since it reduces collagen in your skin and makes it look dull a month before the wedding.
4. Wear sunscreen
Whatever the weather, sunscreen is what your skin needs. Whenever the sun comes out- even in winter, the UV rays can harm your skin.
Apply sunscreen every day with SPF 30 or higher. Protection of the skin from the sun is necessary, and you cannot afford to miss sunscreen just before your marriage.
5. Sleep properly
Sleep rejuvenates your body, including your skin. It helps heal your skin cells and cools your mind and body during a good night’s sleep. It also reduces the chances of dark circles that might appear due to less sleep. At least take eight hours of sleep every day for glowing skin.
6. Stay Hydrated
Hydration of the body is as important as skin hydration. Drinking water can hydrate your body and your skin, too. Drink at least two to three liters of water during the day. Water helps in removing toxins from your skin and keeps your skin fresh.
